By sourcing directly from select, trusted harvesters we can offer the freshest northwest shellfish possible. All shellfish are harvested to order and typically received by our customers within 24-48 hours of harvest. Our one step process of harvest to delivery ensures meticulous monitoring of temperature and handling, allowing Oregon Fish Co. to offer ultra-high quality shellfish that you can trust!

Fresh Fish
Fresh, local, northwest wild fish is our passion! We focus on the freshest wild fish possible and work directly with local fishermen and other initial receivers to ensure complete traceability of the fish we sell. Harvest area, catch method, landing date, etc. all play important roles in not only the quality of seafood products but the economic and environmental impacts as well. Here at Oregon Fish Co. we feel our customers have the right to truly know the source of what they eating.
